Today Amy got her first experience with real paints (not just watercolors, which she would mostly paint with only water). I let her have fun with the finger paints - and boy, did she ever! But at least she kept her face clean. :)
OH MY!!! What a brave mother you are. And better yet how much fun Amy must have had. My kids barely wanted to dip a finger in paint at that age. They both preferred brushes.
I am an aerospace engineer turned stay-at-home-mom, which I've found to be a far more challenging job! God has blessed me with three amazing children, ages 10, 8, and 6 and a fantastic husband who is not only the love of my life, but also my best friend and biggest supporter.

How fun and creative :)
When my kids were young we made clay characters, then baked them. They loved it, they also painted them. I still have my son's piggy! :)
